I learned a lot of fundamentals already from this Dungeon course, will move on to the next part of the course. The low poly Dino. I render on Evee though, I personally don’t like the result of Cycles.

Looking good.
EEvee and Cycles are two different engines.
The first one is more how game engines work (fast and to be realistic you need to fiddle a lot at the cost of render speed).
Cycles is more a raytracer, following natural physics. Here you need more knowledge on getting the best results. Like using real world scale. Like a dungeon of 10x10x3 meters. Most students build the dungeons, without any references or scale.
