I got the impression you’re not using Eevee?
Because of the render times.
If you like animation, you should invest some time in studying how to minimize render times.
A sample of 1400 is high for this type of animation.
Good little story animation. It is so frustrating render times are so long, makes decent length things impossible effectively.

I have been researching render settings. I suspect I could re-output this in less than a day now and have it look better in the end (based on some tests I’ve done).
