My colider Mesh Issue

So when I applied the unsubdivide, the object was fine, except for one side of it. here are the screenshot

That whole side of the mesh was warped and i couldn’t create the flat base. Help?

I’m assuming i went wrong somewhere in the spin part? I did remove doubles but… I don’t know. Anybody else facing this issue?

So i went back to removing doubles,
and got a pretty funky, but workable base. I basically selected the edges of the circle (screenshot below)


and then worked my way inward for the two (sort of) circles

Im not sure how feasable this solution is…
