Hi,

If you upload your video to YouTube you can then just copy/paste the URL into your post and it will be embedded.

In the mean time I have taken your .avi, re-recorded it as an .mp4 and reduced it from 1920x1080 to 1280x720, this brings it just under our 10mb upload limit so it is watchable.
