Yes, it is called Grease pencil. Drawing in 2d in a 3D world.

It is actually quite good for drawing but I have never used other software like photoshop! So I could be really ignorant of it’s capabilities but I really like grease pencil reels on youtube!

Personally, I’ve never gotten used to Blender’s grease pencil, but when I saw that YT video, I was blown away. Will definitely give it a try in future.
If you’ve never used PhotoShop or Krita (free) before, please give it a try as well, since they have many more brushes and tools for digital drawing.
