Yeah… I tinkered with textures a bit too much, sorry But I like the current results.
Eevee (made the fog not so thick because it caused lighting bugs on my streetlamps):

Very nice bridge, and fog effect. Prefer Cycles one.

Yes, I happen to prefer the Cycles render, because to me it really looks like thick fog around the street lights.
