Of course everybody does it’s creative thing with Blender.
But the first picture, is from a ground view. Like a child is watching.
The second is like a giant is watching.
Composition is also an important part of creating a view or scene.
Still, you did a good job!

How did you edit window outside scene?
In the first picuture for the window, I used one image textue of the city view as a material. In the materials I used the glass mode in the surface, and add the texture as the color of the material. After that, I just adapted the rouphness so that it looked like window glass.
