Here we go! And added a floor with a UV map.
ps: Normal-maps, etc. will be addressed later, or? The road texture I downloaded came with a normal map, an ambient occlusion map as well as a height and roughness map.

Yes this is a very basic first introduction to materials, only using the image is a fraction odd once you know more.
