That is not even really a house. I’m planning to create a full constructor of various buildings for my level design project.
For now, I created one building in Unity, here are some screens of it:

What is the roof meant to be made of?

Yep, it’s a genuine 18thC homunculus. And the roof is made of his previous prototypes (well, originally it’s a bronze tiling roof, but don’t tell the homunculus or he will misbehave… again).
