It’s difficult to add detail without knowing how each piece will fit together, but I’ll probably adjust the base as I add pieces anyway.

Nice work. Cool looking base! I like the details very much.Looking forward to your finished model.
( You can make an inventory of the details and the pieces first, and then model it piece by piece OR you can use Boolean at the end.(At least that worked out for me so far.))

Yeah, I figured I can make a group of small detailed pieces for kitbashing and just add them all over the model to create detail.
