Like, in real life, the four flags will follow the wind from one direction.

Ah you spotted the signal flags!
They are not flags blown by the wind in the same direction but an early version of semaphore to send messages to reinforcements when the castle is besieged.

This is awesome! Gives me real retro RPG vibes. I’ve gotta rescue a royal child and return them here, I think XD
