Modifying hole sizes

i have a file which has holes for wires to pass through. since i scaled the holes went up and i want to reduce the,. see screen shots below. its a hollow passage for wires to pass through. how can i make this passafe smaller?thanks in advance.

in reality i do not need to modify the whole passage if i can make the outer holes smaller im happy.

The best way is to have more knowledge of the Blender 3D features.
To have a good workable workflow.

For this, the best way is to use a modifier called “Boolean”.
With that you can subtract an object from an other object.

Like a cylinder-object from a vase-object, creating a hole.
Whereby you can still change the diameter of the cylinder.


now you need to go into edit mode and work with the many (because of the .STL file) vertices. Moving them making the hole smaller.
To do this more conveniently, there are more tools and options help you in this.
That’s why students are follwing the basic courses.
