Models Invisible in the middle

Hi, this might seem like a pretty stupid question as I am still a noob at this, but is it normal for the model to be invisible between two of its faces? My guess is it does this to boost performance, but just to make sure I decided to ask here.image

Yes, it is normal. The artist has deleted the faces that are always hidden from view. This is good for performance but can be a problem when you use lights, because it can filter for those “gabs” inside a room you think it is “closed”. The faces inside the walls are also transparent (see normals if you want to understand more about it), so the light can pass from that face to inside (not in the other direction).

Basically, be careful if you have lights outside.

Alright. I think I get what you mean. Thanks a lot!
