Very well done. I especially like the mirror at the end of the table reflecting what’s on the table.
It’s suppose to be a window. let me update it for you.
I also moved the ring to be on the Book.

YES, now it looks like a window, rather than a mirror. Also, now I can actually see the ring. I didn’t notice it at all in the original render.

Looks really good!
I think the scene would benefit from dimmer and slightly yellowish light for the candles. that would help making the SSS of the wax look more convincing and hide the rest of the scene since there’s not a lot going on around the table.
Also, in that last render the candles look exactly the same, since they seem to be at exactly the same angle from the camera. Just rotating each one a bit around the z axis would give it some variety.
Did you use an irradiance volume?
