Missing Package Registry tab in the Package Manager

I am on the Cinemachine portion of the Obstacle Course Game.

Cinemachine is not listed under GameObject Menu > Camera.

Nor is there a Package Registry tab in the Package Manager.

Under the Preferences > External Tools tab, I check off the Local Packages box and Registry Packages box, then restarted Unity.

I still don’t see the Registry Tab.

Have you already tried to change this filter?

Since you haven’t installed the Cinemachine package yet, it is not “in project”.

omg. I did not. I kept clicking the + menu arrow, thinking that would display the Registry.
