Mind Mapping my game

Before I listened to this lecture, I actually sketched out my first and second scene (on paper). I want a central village with an Orc cave through the woods. I think I will end up doing a first person RPG. I really want the enemies (Orcs) to behave naturally and not just stand around and get shot. I want them to be doing things as a function of the time of day so I started to sketch out a state diagram for the enemies. States like, cooking, hunting, ambushing, rest/sleep, fighting, hurt/fleeing, dying… I also want some wild life deer, rabbits in the forest that move around in away that makes sense. Finally, I want the people in the town to be more real. My game is starting to feel more like Skyrim (although I never played this one - I think I played the one before this one).
