I found a tiny cabin scene and decided to recreate it as close as I could with the skills I have learned up to this point. Such a fun process! Once again, I learned so much!!
Still practicing with lighting, that’s been tough so far.

is that your scene or the one you found to recreate? cuz that’s pretty cool
Great model. Love the threes. They fit in the overall design of the house (chimney less …).
Nice color setting, beautiful smoke.
Good project!
This is the one I created! Thank you so much!
This one below is the one I tried to recreate, it was great practice!
Thanks so much! I was thinking the same about the chimney, maybe a brick red or something!
I see theme here!
Autumn (orange), Summer (green), winter and spring … ?
Would be nice to have all four of them
Great idea!!!
Great job recreating that. (starts counting trees to check accuracy )
It is a very nice looking result.
Oh gosh!! Wouldn’t that have been a feat!
Very cute, well done! To recreate the rest of the look of your reference is mostly just adjusting lights and camera. I like the idea of “miniature landscape tiles”
Thanks! I’ll need to learn more about how to use the camera and lights. It was a fun challenge for my VERY beginner level lol
I was going to suggest, since it’s a log cabin, maybe small logs around the chimney, but realized that would be very impractical in real life, so perhaps a red brick texture would work best.
Once you get more experience with lighting, it’ll make a whole lot of difference.
I agree! Thank you for your suggestion!
Practice, practice, practice! I’ve only been at this for a couple weeks and I’m excited to learn more
I absolutely love this style!
The scene is really lovely! I really like it!
Thanks so much!! All things whimsical
I really appreciate this compliment! Thank you!
Lovely!
Thanks!!!
