spent more time than I wanna admit. Also if anyone knows how to get rid of the black thing on the side from render lmk

Could be multiple things:

• Look for faces on the same spot (double faces), remove clean up face in x-ray mode.
• A face has two sides, one is the visible (blue) one, the other side is something else … The good BLUE side must be on the outside of the building.

We know, Blender is so much fun. Even with a little knowledge you can do so much.
But there is much to learn. Knowledge to solve little problems.
It’s best to follow the course do the challenges as explained.
And try to learn more about Blender.
