Maybe make the different things a bit more spread out so that we have a better overview of whats happening in the scene

Very nice indeed, all the extra bits are great.
It falls into a difficult position. It is very very good for that far through the course. So much so that it is things not covered yet like, better full materials, more shape to the ground, sun in the scene is a bit cheesy, but proper hdris have not been mentioned yet that come to mind to improve it.
Keep going through the course, add more knowledge and abilities, I predict ever more impressive productions!
