Good bathroom scene.
Noise, use the denoising option. The simplest one is found in the Render Properties tab, Sampling dropdown, denoise box to tick for render and for viewport as you wish. Other than that it is increase the samples.

Nice looking bathroom scene. The red lighting gives it a nice feel. As NP5 said using de-noising will make it look more amazing. Great job.
