This is my mid-section project and I went for a portal scene in deep space incorporating the gate and brick wall that we created during a previous exercise in this course. I did a deep dive into the world of shaders and learned some other helpful things along the way. I even animated the fractured sphere and portal but I’m having trouble rendering the animation. I would have also liked to play around with the gold shader on the gate to help blend it into the scene a bit better, but I’m so happy with the results. It has been a really fun journey so far and I’m looking forward to the next lesson. Thank you Micheal!
