Thanks for advice… i removed clouds and turn off one of “global” lights… now its look like this

That is a great modern built up area scene. I do prefer the second version.
Perhaps you could add windows and doors?

I like the second version better as well, and as @NP5 suggested, some windows and doors will really add to the scene.
