I was following the course and I noticed I had my lamp facing the front instead of the “Bench”, I rotated it to match the direction, but now my bones won`t move any of the parts, could I have messed things up? What can I do to fix them?

I think I figured it out, the option to only affect origins was active

Oh, yes. Stupid small things and forgotten options. Wrong key commands.
It leaves us in disarray.
