Merging verticies with higher distance

Mostly I use the decimate tool to lower quality, but I decided to attempt merging verticies as an attempt.
(see, I make video games for fun and one of the things I’m trying to go for is a more retro and blocky look)

I find the decimate tool murders existing UV maps when you decimate a high quality model into a retro look. May try this tool in the future and hope it’s not guilty of modelcide.
