I would have the images behind the model. For me it is much better than the course way Rick has them off to the side. Certainly, you have a good side image so could get the side profile well. The head on shot could b rotated to make the face vertical, or find other photos. It is always tough without ideal images.

Need to play with the hair a bit more, but going to do the background and come back to that, took me forever to get it to this point.

Perhaps change the skin colour to a more sandy colour away from pinkish?
