Math - Euler Rotation

In this lecture we looked at how to use Euler angles and rotation matrices to rotate objects in 3D space.

Using Euler rotation is quite an intuitive way to rotate objects, since you’re just rotating about the objects three axes in turn.

However, they suffer form a fairly large flaw, which is commonly referred to as “gimbal lock”.
