Material Displaying Incorrectly

This appears for any area where I extruded my object on the z-axis. Is there a way to get the image to display properly on these surfaces?

I have already tried changing from flat to box and it looks the same.

The course does not texture the castle, but texturing is gone into later.
Is that the same texture as on the top? You need to UV unwrap the ground. Add texture coordinate node and mapping node.

It might get by changing Flat to box for now.

Perfect, yeah I realize that was out of the scope of this lecture but I was still curious.

I’ll take a look at the UV mapping.
