Marble in UE4

I managed to bake down normals and base colour into 2 separate textures, change the materials to use image texture instead of generated marble texture and then import into UE4, it even picked up the normals :slight_smile: . I had trouble at first, because I set the scale to 4 when using generated texture and forgot to change this back to 1 after baking, so the image texture got messed up, unfortunately UE 4 also picked up the 4x texture scale too, so it looked a mess at first :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice work! I’ll get back into the character creation course at some point as cant at the moment.
Looking forward to this section now as students often struggle with these concepts in the original creator course. I might even learn a thing or two and a new way to help others :slight_smile:
