Hey Dylan, you so I was wondering if there was a manual way as in not a keyboard shortcut. Ctrl R is the keyboard shortcut for it. I don’t even know if there is a manual way but was just curious.

Mode: Edit Mode
Panel: Tool Shelf ‣ Tools ‣ Mesh Tools ‣ Add: Loop Cut and Slide
Hotkey: Ctrl-R
