I want to create an RPG that feels like a tokusatsu tv show like Power Rangers, Ultraman, etc.

Well it actually sounds cool. I’m wondering how would an overpowered guy like Saitama go against run of the mill enemies. Maybe not make just an RPG, but a mousou (like the Dynasty Warriors series, where you bash through entire armies with one character). That way the character still feels overpowered if that’s your intention.
You can also play around with gradually adding more and more enemies as the game progresses, since in your GDD says something about just having got these powers. Would be cool to start out pummelling 5 or 6, to end up against 100s or 1000s hahahahaha!
