Make sure that test discoverer & executors are registered and platform & framework version settings are appropriate and try again

Getting an error in VS as you see in the picture I can’t get the program to run a test. I tried everything from, reinstalling VS, reinstalling Components and nothing worked. I’m really getting frustrated. Someone please help me if you know a solution I beg you!
