Lumen doesn't seem to work correctly with BSPs


My lighting changes depending on the angle that I’m looking at the wall. At most angles it is lit correctly, bot at some angles I have weird shadows as if some of the geometry is being ignored. Any way to fix this aside from converting everything to static mesh?

I suggest you convert to static mesh. Select all the box brushes that make up your wall (both additive and subtractive) then in the details under advanced there should be a create static mesh button.
