LPBishop using a filled-in torus as boolean object

Hello Guys,
I used a filled in torus which I modified and saved as a separate file. I then opened up the LPBishop file and appended the torus, and then used the boolean modifier as instructed.

Very creative approach. I just deleted a loop of edges and stitched it up by selecting verts and the F key
