This looks excellent! Great job.
If you’d like to better harness the power of Cycles, try annd add a sky texture to the world shader and set the rotation of the sun so it is shining through the windows (you may have to set the material of the windows so they are translucent or remove the glass altogether). This will create light and shadows throughout the tavern. You may need to create a roof so that the sun doesn’t shine in through the top. If you want to keep the top-down view, use a plane for a roof and turn on back face culling in the material shader so that it doesn’t render the back face. You can then still use that great isometric view and have a more complex render. This will also work in Eevee, just not as accurately. But it can really help show off those excellent models you created.
