im pretty new at this.
i just followed the tutorial for blender landscape.
so i guess the engine i used was blender?

Not a problem at all! For being new, you did an excellent job even with the tutorial!
Render engine is typically Eevee or Cycles. Yours is likely Eevee then as I believe that’s the default one

I used the Eevees.
The tutorial walked thru getting the cycles s and Eevees to look the same.
