With this section and the knowledge about the edit mode, I was able to follow the youtube tutorial “Low Poly Island | Beginner | Blender 2.8 Tutorial” by CG Geek. Im happy with the result, but I just followed the tutorial step by step. Maybe with this skills I will do another Low-Poly Scene by myself with my own design

Its a very subtile change, do you think its enough? I also corrected the water in one place and the little cloud in the top right. Because I duplicated the cloud, and scaled it down, the poly-count was a bit to high in my opinion. In the course I am now at the point, where Eevee’s shadow options are intoduced more in depht, so I tried to apply that as well.
