Loop Cut Not straight

Hi there, i have been trying to get the 2nd loop cut straight but it just keeps going across, tried to do this a few times but not sure what i am doing wrong.

I think if you watch the video again you will see that Mikey on creating the second loop cut he pushes it against the first during the positioning part and then moves away and the loop is straight.
