My name is Alexey and I’m working on a hobby project to build an MMORPG game in a classic high-fantasy theme.
Right now, it’s on the “design” stage: I’ve collected lot of ideas (some from existing games, some unique) and going to compile them into a design document.
The goal is to have a document which could lead to a basic prototypes implementation for specific mechanics and parts of the project.
I’m a developer (9+ years in web-development, now I’m learning UE4 and game development in general).
I’m looking for a game designer or anyone interested to design an RPG systems from the general ideas to the specific design answering to “how it will work exactly” (in terms of logic/flow).
Right now it’s not about coding/implementation, rather about brainstorming and compiling ideas into consistent document.
When it will be ready, we can start to implement some prototypes and proof-of-concepts (for unique mechanics), and after that, I hope, we can start to build the game itself.
