My level is basicly escaping the prison at night. This is how it works:
There is key under the pot. Pick up it with F key and approach cell door it will open. Then go to the wooden double door close to the main gate. Inside the room there is another key under the pot. Pick it up and go to the another second double wooden door with lock on it. There is a weight platform inside this room. Put on it 4 pots. It will open the main gate. There is another weight platform close to the main gate. Put a pot on it and it will open.
