This isn’t a huge deal, but when I’m my rig, and I go from Edit to Pose, it jumps my leg bones back a bit. I can move them forward but anytime I do the Alt + G to reset my pose, the leg bones go behind the leg a little. I’m thinking it has to do with an Axis rotation but not really sure. Any ideas? Two screenshots below to show the difference from Edit mode and Pose mode.

It’s because of your constraints. In edit mode move the foot IK controller to to the tail of the shin bone and it will fix that jumping. So basically the tail of the shin bone is jumping to the IK controller.

Perfect! That was it. I’m so new that it still took me a second to realize what you meant.
But it was my target bone that I had slid back on the Y axis. As soon as I moved it back to the tail of the shin bone, it fixed it. Thanks!
