Lightning and rendering FUBAR

Hello, I had some off time from blender and comeback to see that some updates made things messy.
Rendering shows only black screen and every lighting blocks image.

These are same image no changes made. (other old rendered file, other editor screenshot)
and new project has same result no matter what I try.
Blender 3.1.2

Do you know what happening or should I start hit tickets on blender team.

Normal working view?
How high is the sun lamp turned up?
Are you on a Mac or amd graphics card?
Are drivers up to date?
The rendered view is only Eevee, any changes using Cycles?

It is unlikely to be Blender.
Is your computer up to the current version requirements?

General Q&A note
Help us all to help you.
Please give full screenshots with any questions. With the relevant panels open.
Also, include the lecture time and name/number that is relevant to the problem/issue.
This can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left hand side.
On that menu drop down is ‘save screenshot’.
Close ups additionally where they help.

You’re using a fairly new version of Blender. Which could contain new bugs!
Switch over to an older version. You can have multiple versions beside each other.

Blender 2.x.x and 3.x.x does have a high degree of new architecture. So if you switch from 2 to 3, some configurations can be different and need to be adjusted.

Downgraded blender to 3.0.1 version and everything started working again.

So probably (my best guess), you have a set-up (properties, combinations …) which doesn’t worked well.
It no problem to have a lower version, because most newly added functions are not needed.
And later with more Blender knowledge and or confidence, you use newer Blender versions.
That is what I do, using an old version with all the known problems (to me). And the newest version to experiment with new stuff.

Have fun, glad you’ve managed it!
