As for feedback:
Not sure about how it’s placed in the course but the lighthouse should be on the highest point of the island. They were made for visibility so they would always be built as high as possible. Also the scale of the houses compared to the lighthouse seems off. Lighthouses are quite narrow, even the more spacious ones wouldn’t be wider than a small house.

Well done with your first project in Blender. Looks fine. If you wanted to you could add a dock and small boat as the means they have of getting to the mainland.
