When trying to loop cut the light house at the beginning, the loop cut won’t work for me. It won’t make any lines at all, mouse wheel doesn’t make more.
I can’t get anything to happen except some crazy weird things because the loop cut is coming up as a single yellow dot.

This can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left-hand side.
On that menu dropdown is ‘save screenshot’.
Grant explains in the dungeon section (not sure if he explains it here yet) that loop cuts only go through quads. Also, this yellow dot seems to be what happens when trying it on triangles. Did you perhaps start your lighthouse from a cone or icosphere instead of a cylinder?
