What are the light blue areas/triangles on the navmesh? The usually connect vertices that are far away from each other. And when you walk over these areas/triangles they kind of act like bumps. Thank you.
The triangles are a literal mesh representation of the NavMesh. The system tries to create the Mesh in as few triangles as possible for memory considerations, and sometimes that leaves some strange triangles. Beyond that, I don’t know why some are lighter than others. it might be something you want to ask on the Forums over at Unity to get more information.
