I struggled a little with the house since I went for that first, but overall this was really fun, and it also made the other ones come easier.

I like the house. I can believe you it took some time!
The mill looks great. I think that you could try to add textures to the model instead of simple colors and it would still look realistic without any changes to the model itself (when rendered in Cycles).

You can go for example to cc0textures.com or texturehaven.com and download textures from there. You add them to the model in a similar way as the color - when you add a new material you click on the dot next to the color choice, a menu opens where you choose texture -> image texture. Then you open the texture image you’ve downloaded and you can then play with roughness and all the other things.
