I downloaded the files, and I clicked on the WM2000 Package. However when I clicked on it, it would just open Unity and not show the 1_First_Steps project. It just went to the projects I had already created. Could the issue be my 2019 version of Unity, if so, is there a way to change to 2017 without messing up the projects I already made.

The WM2000 package contains the assets only, not the project. Create a new 3D project in Unity, name it as you want. Then import the package into it. Did this work?
