[Lecture 164] FVector::DotProduct() This is how my tank moves

As you can see there is self collision issue while moving, due to the tank tracks. How can I fix this issue?

I have the same issue. Did you end up solving it later on? I’ve tried playing with the physics material, made sure my collision boxes aren’t overlapping, tried turning my tracks into capsules in the hope of reducing the hard edges that might catch… Not entirely sure what’s wrong. I have noticed, however, that there are many hard edges in the landscape where the… quads(?) meet. I’ve tried smoothing them out, but as soon as I smooth out one, two more pop up. I don’t know if that’s the issue, but yeah… Annoying at this point, but still able to continue on.
