This is my submission for the Lazer Defender lectures.
It was great fun learning the animation and particle effects variables too.

Great stuff! I really liked the atmosphere you created right from the start screen with the font, graphics and music. As much as I enjoyed that music, it was a little too loud during the game that it drowned out the other sound effects. The planet was a nice touch to give a sense of traveling; a cool enhancement would be a new planet with each stage. Movement and shooting felt good, though a little on the easy side.
The lose screen needs a text edit, because while I lost Lazer Defender, I apparently beat Block Breaker at the same time.
