A Quickie, that along the way i figured out how to join/duplicate Objects, by remembering how to select multiple objects (shift/right-clicking the objects) and partially through looking through the features (Top left hand toolbox, below “Edit” is where i got Duplicate/Duplicate Linked/Delete/Join) thats how i got the teeth 
took 6 minutes for building,joining,duplicating, and rotating once i understood how to control things, Nothing flashy but was fun to find ways to use blender accidentally. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Haha
