I’m thinking this is too noisy or will take forever to render at much higher samples. So I’ll probably do what Michael did and use a Spot lamp for the majority of the light, and an emissive material so it looks like there’s a light bulb in there.
I also put a light bulb around the “filament” so it will look more complete when the light is turned off. Seen here with the lampshade hidden.
